A veteran of multiple successful cybersecurity startups (Secure-IT acquired by Verisign, ETSec acquired by JP Morgan, Air Defense by Motorola), all of  which focused on cutting edge cybersecurity solutions for protecting critical and confidential information in corporate and federal networks. Spencer now leads strategy and business development with Cytellix, the cybersecurity division of IMRI. The company secures over seven million devices with customers such as U.S. Army, Missile Command, DISA and DHS. Cytellix is now focused on commercial supply chain security, helping small- and medium-sized businesses achieve NIST and DFARs compliance
