Tony Terry, Beth Spangler to Perform at 2018 Mayors’ Masters Reception

Billboard Top-Selling Artist Tony Terry and Aiken’s own Beth Spangler will headline the 2018 Mayors’ Masters Reception on Monday, April 2nd.
 
Terry, an accomplished vocalist and actor, is best known for his chart-topping ballads, “(When I’m) With You,” and “Lovey, Dovey.” Spangler, an Aiken native, made her television debut as a fan favorite on Season 7 of NBC’s “The Voice.”
 
DJ Rob will also join the 2018 Mayors’ Masters Reception line-up, bringing a mix of musical genres to keep the crowd energized and entertained between performers.
 
The 2018 Mayors’ Masters Reception will be held at the Augusta Common on Monday, April 2nd from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. The event will feature free cuisine samplings from Augusta-area restaurants until 7:00 pm. Food will be available for purchase from restaurant vendors after 7:00 pm.
 
Jim Dent and Vaughn Taylor, two Augustans who rose to success in golf, are this year’s honorees for the reception. Dent and Taylor have made significant contributions to the game of golf and have led successful professional tour careers.
 
Held the Monday of Masters Week, the reception has allowed the public to mingle with golfing greats while enjoying live music and menu samplings from Augusta’s favorite restaurants.
