Wednesday, May 16th, 2018

MaryCatherine Hydrick earned her teaching degree last May and began her dream job at Parkway Elementary in Evans teaching third grade last Fall. Her dreams took a turn when she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

After a long hospitalization, MC received a stem cell transplant earlier this month.

From May 14-31, the Marco’s Pizza locations in Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, and Martinez, will donate $1 for every CheezyBread sold. All the proceeds will go directly to MC to help with costs associated with her treatment.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to MC and her family during this difficult time. When our team found out about MC, we wanted to do something to assist her with the financial burden of medical and other expenses associated with her treatment.”  Kevin Parker, Director of Operations
