Blanchard and Calhoun's Commercial Office has been specifically chosen by Greenstone Properties to handle the Marketing and Leasing of the Class A Office Space within Riverside Village. Currently under construction, this space will be Full Service and can be built to suit. Director of Commercial Real Estate, Davis Beman, and his team will head up the operation.

Greenstone Properties is the Master Developer responsible for managing development of Riverside Village which currently includes the new Augusta GreenJackets Minor League baseball stadium, Team Clubhouse including office & apartments, 180 room Crowne Plaza Hotel, 280 apartments, 160,000 SF office, 60+ residential flats, 14 homes, 66,000 sf retail, 125 unit senior living,  and 3 parking decks.
