Mayor Hardie Davis and City of Augusta to Host Fifth Annual Easter Egg Drop April 19th

Mayor Hardie Davis and Augusta Fire Chief Chris James will host the fifth annual Easter Egg Drop, on Good Friday, April 19th,  from 11:00 A.M.  – 1:00 P.M. at the Augusta Common. The event will include thousands of treat-filled Easter eggs dropped from a ladder fire truck, inflatable bounce houses, refreshments, family-friendly activities and more. There will be a special section for children 3-years-old and under. The first egg drop will take place at noon for children ages 4- 8 years. At 12:30 P.M., the second egg drop will be held for children ages 9 – 12 years. The Annual Easter Egg Drop is free and open to the public.
