Speak Georgia Event to Explore Bridging the Gap Between Small Businesses and State Governing Body Georgians First Commission

Speak Georgia is a series of town hall-styled, kitchen-table talks conducted throughout the State of Georgia that are centered on dialogues about political topics that have led to some of the greatest social media debates and/or the pertinent topics of the county where the town-hall will be held. The objective of “Speak Georgia” is to provide a non-partisan environment where the community can obtain detailed information surrounding hot-button issues while getting their questions answered and concerns heard.

On Thursday, October 24th, 2019 Speak Georgia will host their next event in conjunction with the Executive Director of Georgians First Commission, Scott Hilton on bridging the gap between local Georgia business communities and the state government.

The purpose of this discussion is to give the community a glimpse into the role and responsibility of the Georgians First Commission and how the community can provide some insight. Hosts, Janelle and Kelvin King, along with Scott Hilton will facilitate a conversation on the relationship between small businesses and the government and how the commission can help make the relationship a successful one.

Gain insight into the relationship between small businesses and the state of Georgia and how the administration is working to make it easier for those businesses to grow.
