Colony Bank is pleased to announce that Alan Rabun has joined Colony Bank as Vice President, Senior Mortgage Banker for the Augusta market. In addition, Rabun brings two mortgage bankers from his lending team, Davis Clark and Jeff Conzatt. All three will be working from the Company’s office located at 1201 Town Park Lane in Augusta, Georgia. 

Rabun, who has eight years of mortgage banking experience and is one of the leading mortgage bankers in Augusta, most recently served as Vice President, Mortgage Banker at CenterState Bank Mortgage. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Vice President, Mortgage Banker at State Bank and Trust Mortgage.

Rabun was awarded the prestigious Platinum Award from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia for 2016, 2018 and 2019 and the Gold Award for 2015 and 2017. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and the Veterans Advocacy and Benefits Association. Rabun is a lifetime resident of Columbia County, an Eagle Scout, and he and his family attend Wesley United Methodist Church.
