Connie Wilson, Managing Partner and Senior VP of Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate Co., Becomes First Agent in CSRA to Receive an Accredited Commercial Manager Designation

Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate Company is proud to announce that Connie Wilson, Managing Partner/Senior Vice President, has become an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), making her the first in the local area to receive this designation among other distinguished certifications. 

Connie Wilson is a dedicated, and well experienced broker in commercial, industrial and investment sales and leasing. She holds several certifications from the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), including the Certified Property Managers (CPM designation), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and now Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). Connie is one of four agents that currently hold the CPM designation in the CSRA, and the only agent to hold the ARM and ACoM accreditations in the area. She also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is the highest designation a commercial broker can obtain.
