Eleven RCSS Students Recognized as Georgia Scholars

Eleven Graduates from A.R. Johnson Health and Science Engineering Magnet School and Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School have been named 2021 Georgia Scholars by State School Superintendent Richard Woods.  

The Georgia Scholar program identifies and honors high school seniors who have achieved excellence in school and community life. Students eligible exhibit excellence in all phases of school life, in community activities, and in the home. Each Georgia Scholar receives a seal for their diploma. 

“The Class of 2021 continues to excel academically and display their resolve to set high standards during the most challenging times,” says Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Bradshaw. “We are pleased to honor these eleven graduates for their exceptional work this academic year.”  

Georgia Scholars from Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School are: Jadon Billups, Sage Bobrow-Goss, Siya Brown, Amber Cooper, John Franklin, Jennifer Jeschke, Elizabeth Lee, William Shaffer, William Theodocion, and Alexandra Yu.  

The Georgia Scholar from A.R. Johnson Health Science and Engineering Magnet School is Matthew Byrne.
