Leading off the parade in anticipation of Santa, we are pleased to announce this year’s Grand Marshals will be the North Augusta High School Girls Basketball 2020 Championship Team led by Coach Al Young.

This year’s theme is “A Disney Christmas”. Parade entrants are encouraged to decorate a float, vehicle or their group’s attire with this year’s theme.  Other Christmas themes will be accepted. Parade entries will be judged on creativity and overall appearance. Trophies for first, second, and third place winners in COMMERCIAL and NON-COMERCIAL categories will be announced immediately following the parade and awarded at the Lions Club meeting on December 7, 2021.

The North Augusta Lions 2021 Christmas Parade entry forms are available at the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce (406 West Avenue) and on the Chamber’s website calendar at www.NorthAugustaChamber.org.

Participant fees are $20 for Non-Commercial entries, and $50 for Commercial entries.  The Lions Club urges participants to register early to ensure a place in this year’s parade. Deadline for all participants wishing to register is Tuesday, November 30^th.
