The time is right for Jermaine and Kimberly Warren to purchase their first home and set down roots in Augusta.
Their growing family recently moved to the area when Kimberly was stationed at Fort Gordon with the Army’s Cyber Command unit. They went ahead and got pre-approved for a mortgage loan through Navy Federal Credit Union to make the process easier when they found their dream home.
The Warrens found it in the Aylesbury Commons subdivision off Belair Road. They expect to move into the new four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom residence in early February.
