Sitel in Augusta Laying Off 675 Employees

News Channel 6 confirms that Sitel Corporation in South Augusta will be laying off 675 employees during the month of March. In a press release sent late Monday afternoon Sitel's Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Infrastructure Officer, Sean Erickson says,"This is related to the changing business needs of our customers and is not a reflection on the quality of service provided by our agents."
