The Augusta Metro Chamber is kicking off the holiday shopping season with a Shop Small social media campaign - encouraging the Augusta region to get up, get out and #shopsmall!  During the month of November and culminating on November 30, Small Business Saturday, the Chamber will feature a social media campaign across Facebook, to highlight participating small business members and share 10 Reasons to #ShopSmall and shop local.

Participating businesses include Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio, The Southern Salad, Fat Man's Mill Café, Posh Tots Children's Boutique, The Swank Company, Soul(tre) LLC, Ladybugs Flowers & Gifts, Greubel's Mixed Martial Arts, Buona Caffe' Artisan Roasted Coffee, Davis Appliance & Furniture, Mastermind Escape Games, The Salon at Surrey, Augusta Candle Company, Decorator's Outlet & Interiors, Seigler’s Karate Center - West.

Small Business Saturday celebrates its 10th year of supporting small businesses. In an effort to support local shops that make our communities strong, American Express launched Small Business Saturday® - the Saturday after Thanksgiving - in 2010. This November, be a part of the 10th annual holiday shopping tradition that brings together communities in support of their favorite small businesses.
