Cedric Johnson Selected Chairman of Augusta Regional Airport Board

Augusta Regional Airport’s governing board selected a new chairman and welcomed the airport’s new executive director Thursday.
Cedric Johnson, director of community affairs at Georgia Regents University, was appointed chairman following a unanimous vote from the Augusta Aviation Commission. Randy Sasser was appointed the board’s vice chairman.
