Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, has added Audrey Goodjoin as a Senior Recruiter on its rapidly growing team.

Mrs. Goodjoin joins Phillips with more than 15 years of experience in the recruiting and healthcare industries.  During more than a decade in technical and professional recruiting, her varied responsibilities included targeted recruiting, business development, employee relations, client relations, branch management, on-boarding, and human resource management with the staffing and recruiting group of a global engineering and construction organization.  She has also worked as a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse for a regional hospital system.

A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Mrs. Goodjoin attended Howard University where she earned a BA in English/Public Relations, before later attaining a BS in Nursing from USC Upstate. She resides with her husband and two children in Simpsonville, and enjoys working with the youth and health ministry in her church.  She is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management organization, as well as a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

With Phillips Staffing, Mrs. Goodjoin will work with both new and existing clients to provide human capital solutions that lead to increased growth and success.  She will focus her time identifying professional talent to support primarily light industrial, logistics, distribution, healthcare and engineering roles in organizations across the Southeast.

“Audrey brings an extensive amount of experience and credentials to our organization, along with her strong drive and desire to see our company grow even more,” said Ed Parris, President of Phillips Staffing.  “She is a wonderful addition to our Phillips team and we are excited to have her on board.”
