Kinder Morgan, the largest energy infrastructure company in North America, has made a large generous donation of office furniture and supplies to The Salvation Army of Augusta. “It is with great delight that I express a heartfelt gratitude to Kinder Morgan for the valuable and much needed office furniture donated to us” says Major Jack Butler, the Area Commander at The Salvation Army in Augusta.

The Salvation Army is grateful to all of our corporate partners who align their corporate vision and visible community commitment with us by volunteering, in-kind gifts, financial support or with Kroc corporate memberships.

Since 1891, The Salvation Army in Augusta has provided meals and shelter to anyone in need. In the past year, two other area homeless shelters have closed, but The Salvation Army opened its doors even wider. Since last June, we have had record numbers at our shelter, having to put down mats for overflow when all the beds are filled.

Kinder Morgan pipelines transport natural gas, refined petroleum products, crude oil, carbon dioxide and more. They also store or handle a variety of products and materials such as gasoline, jet fuel, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel. Kinder Morgan is committed to being a good corporate citizen and is happy to help out The Salvation Army in Augusta, who is celebrating 125 years of Doing The Most Good throughout the CSRA.
