Augusta's Landmark Hotel Hosts Mother's Day at The Partridge Inn

A long-standing Augusta tradition and consistent winner of “Augusta’s Best Brunch,” Mother’s Day Brunch at The Partridge Inn is the perfect way to celebrate mom.  A traditional Mother’s Day Feast with Chef Dominic Simpson’s innovative southern cuisine will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., with the last seating at 2 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 13.  Guests may enjoy their meal in the beautiful, historic surroundings of The P.I. Mother’s Day Brunch at The Partridge Inn begins with an array of delicious breakfast favorites, fresh fruit and salads such as Mixed Baby Greens with an assortment of Dressings; Marinated Seafood Salad, Grilled Vegetable Platter, Smoked Meat selection, a Local Cheese display and more.

 

Cold seafood items include a Shrimp Cocktail and Oysters on the Half-Shell with classic accompaniments, and Fried Fish with Cajun Crawfish Étouffée. 

The Partridge Inn’s impressive culinary team will be serving made-to-order Omelettes and Belgian Waffles.  The Chef’s Carving Station will feature Roasted Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream and an Herb Roasted Turkey Breast.    

Delectable entrees include P.I.’s famous Fried Chicken, Beef Pot Roast with Roasted Vegetables, Herb Roasted Chicken, Bacon Kale & Sweet Potato Hash, Three Cheese Mac & Cheese, Corn Bread Dressing and an assorted of breads and rolls.   The meal will conclude with a variety of mouthwatering desserts including the popular Coconut Cream Pie and a Banana’s Foster Action Station for a special treat.
