The Greater Augusta Association of Realtors would like to congratulate our local member, Ryan Brashear of Brashear Realty Corporation, as being named “REALTOR of the Year” for the Georgia Association of Realtors. He received this distinct honor at the GAR Annual Conference on September 6th. There were 34 nominees for this prestigious award and as of August 2018, there are 39,996 Realtors in Georgia. This annual award is presented to a recipient based on his/her Business Accomplishments, Civic Activity, Spirit, and Local, State & National Board Activity.
 
Ryan is President/Broker of Brashear Realty Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and also acquired a BBA in Management from Augusta State University. He obtained his Real Estate License in 1997 and has achieved many real estate designations, certifications, and awards. He is currently serving on various committees and boards with the local, state and national associations. Brashear Realty Corporation is a full-service real estate brokerage for land, farm, commercial, and investment real estate in the CSRA. " I am extremely grateful and deeply humbled.  This honor being bestowed upon me by my peers from across this state is greater than I could have hoped for.  This award is merely a reflection of the good works through all of Augusta and this state by our REALTORS who devote themselves to the betterment of this industry and our economy", Ryan Brashear.
