Local IT company Premier Networx is expanding its leadership team with the promotion of Matt Dyches to Chief Information Officer and Jenifer Davis to Chief Operating Officer.

Dyches has been an employee of Premier Networx since its inception in 2013 and has 10 years of experience in the IT business. He and his wife Leanna have two children, Anna Kate and Emily.

Davis has worked with the IT company for two years and was previously a project manager.

She is a member of the 2019 class of Leadership Columbia County. She and her husband Luke have three children: Skyler, Parker and Presley. Davis enjoys traveling, running and yoga.
