Augusta's Robert Graham is FedEx Ground's Regional Entrepreneur of the Year

Robert Graham of High Caliber Trucking, located in Augusta, GA. Mr. Graham was recently named a recipient of the 2018 FedEx regional Entrepreneur of the Year award. Graham was recognized for demonstrating significant growth, customer service, safety excellence, community involvement, and business ethics.
 
HIGH CALIBER TRUCKING.

Based in Augusta, High Caliber Trucking, Inc. started in 1988.  The company is powered by 12 dedicated employees who steer a fleet of eight linehaul tractors averaging 3,680 miles a day. Mr. Graham credits his success to good communication with the company’s employees and FedEx Ground station management,  established solid working relationships with other FedEx service providers, and the golden rule – treat others the way you would like to be treated. His goal is to be friendly and available should a need arise. High Caliber services customers out of the FedEx Ground Augusta hub.
 
SAFETY FIRST.

Safety is of utmost concern to Mr. Graham and High Caliber Trucking enrolls its drivers in a comprehensive safety plan through a major insurance provider and uses monthly modules to reinforce safety topics, complete with tests that gauge comprehension. The company also holds periodic safety meetings and employs a dedicated safety program administrator whose sole job is to create and enforce a meaningful safety policy.

High Caliber Trucking is a Christian-based organization that not only provides a service to the industry, but also supports 12 families with well-paying jobs.
