Savannah River Nuclear Solutions President/CEO to Provide Missions Update at the North Augusta Chamber’s April Breakfast April 23rd

The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce’s April Breakfast will provide an update on SRNS hiring in 2019, and how the proposed plutonium pit mission and increased tritium production investments are supporting the economic vitality of the CSRA. Stuart MacVean, President/CEO of SRNS will be the Guest Speaker.

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions manages and operates the Savannah River Site, a 310-square-mile facility owned by the U.S. Department of Energy near Aiken, S.C. SRNS operates diverse nuclear and research facilities, and manage infrastructure and support systems akin to those of a small city. SRNS is also home to the Savannah River National Laboratory.

Stuart MacVean is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). He is responsible to the Department of Energy (DOE) for the safe, effective and efficient management and operations of the Savannah River Site (SRS).
