Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate Company is pleased to announce the three newest additions to its commercial real estate staff: Sharmela Johnson, Hillary Joyner, and Tony Zimlich.
Sharmela Johnson is joining Sherman and Hemstreet in Augusta with over 25 years of real estate experience. She has resided in the Augusta area since 1993 and her area of focus will be investment properties and multi-family investments.
Hilary Joyner is working out of S&H’s Statesboro office. She is a truly talented and dedicated Realtor who is continuously striving to stay abreast of the current real estate space. Hilary uses her 10 years of sales experience and her BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Georgia Southern University to apply a fresh and creative approach when helping buy and sell property. She is passionate about helping Statesboro, Bulloch County, and the surrounding communities grow and is involved in various committees in the area. Hilary is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and her husband, Chris, operates several client-based businesses in those areas.
Tony Zimlich will be working out of the Effingham County office of Sherman and Hemstreet on the commercial real estate side. Tony has resided in Rincon, GA for over 12 years after serving in the US Army as a helicopter pilot. His area of focus will be commercial real estate in southeast GA.
Joe Edge, President of Sherman and Hemstreet, said: “Our firm is continuing to expand its regional footprint enabling us to better serve all of eastern GA. Currently, we work properties all over the southeast. Our investments in the Statesboro and Effingham County areas will better enable us to serve clients on a regional basis not just in the Augusta region. We plan to continue our commitment to help grow and develop these communities through our commercial and residential real estate offerings. These new additions to our team will make that growth a reality.”
