NavCare Health Appoints Chief Medical Officer

NavCare Health, the industry leader in the delivery of comprehensive chronic care management services, announced that Tim Paden, MD has joined the company as chief medical officer. Dr. Paden will lead a clinical team focused on further cementing NavCare’s position as an innovator and market leader in the chronic care management space.

Dr. Paden is a family medicine doctor in Mountain Home, Arkansas and is affiliated with Baxter County Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine and has been in practice for nearly 30 years focused on geriatric medicine.

At NavCare Health, Dr. Paden will provide strategic guidance to the clinical team working closely with chief clinical officer Debora Fisher. He will provide oversight for the company's programs, products, and services. As a key member of the executive staff, Dr. Paden will play a fundamental role in establishing the long-term strategy of the company.
