Christmas in Columbia County kicks off this month!

Evans Towne Center Park will be transformed, once again, into a winter wonderland, offering holiday lights and activities for all ages.

The park-wide walk-through light display will be available from 5pm on Thanksgiving Day through the New Year. Park patrons are invited to enjoy several events and attractions throughout this time.

Festivities begin on December 5th with on-stage performances by Columbia County Middle and High School Band and Choir students. These performances will take place throughout the day, 9am until 9pm, and vendors will be on site as a part of this year’s Holiday Market.

This year’s Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place following the Columbia County Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 6 th. The parade will begin at 3:30pm, routing around the Evans Town Center Complex and ending at Evans Towne Center Park. Santa will light the tree in front of the Evans Towne Center Park stage at approximately 7pm. Fireworks and live music will follow. Other attractions for the day include a vendor-filled Holiday Market and Get the Grinch Scavenger Hunt and Family Photo Opp.
