The Augusta Rowing Club is proud to host the 2021 Jim Buckalew Rowing Coaches Conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Jim Buckalew Coaches Conference is an annual collaborative event hosted by Augusta Rowing Club and organized “for coaches by coaches” in an effort to bring together rowing coaches of all levels for the purpose of professional development and growth through a series of educational sessions led by a diverse group of experienced and knowledgeable coaches and industry partners. 

Brad Holdren of the Augusta Rowing Club had this to say about the conference: "Our goal is to bring in coaches from around the country to the beautiful CSRA. We hope to build an annual coaches conference that will be the best in the country and to hopefully encourage those coaches to return with their teams for winter/spring training and regattas"
