From May 29 to July 15, “Bridging the River: Aiken’s Source of Light Centennial Exhibit” will be shown at 525 Telfair St., the new Augusta Jewish Museum. After May 29 to July 15, hours open will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm only. Reservations for this free exhibit can be made at 706 426 1542 (let ring 7 times to answer).

On loan from the Aiken Historical Society, the video kiosk and boards tell the stories of Aiken Jewish Heritage. These two historically significant buildings, saved from demolition under the auspices of Historic Augusta, are under renovation and becoming a center of education for the entire CSRA community including the school systems.
