Augusta Commissioners Still Debating Putting Stores on Probation After Weeks of Talk

It’s been on the commission’s radar for weeks as far as taking action against two stores after complaints that they are magnets for crime. 

“The city needs to send a message that we are serious about situations like this happening at gas stations, apartment complexes, businesses anywhere. There is a responsibility to be held,” said Commissioner Jordan Johnson.
