The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce will host Building North Augusta: A Community Growth Breakfast on Thursday, November 13th from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at North Augusta Community Center. The event will spotlight three major residential developments currently underway in the city – including luxury riverfront apartments, new multi-family and duplex housing, and mid-level apartment communities.

Designed to inform and engage both residents and business leaders, this breakfast event will feature representatives offering insights into their projects, construction timelines, and the vision behind North Augusta’s evolving housing and commercial landscape.

“North Augusta’s growth continues to attract new families, professionals, and investors to our community,” said Terra Carroll, President and CEO of the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce. “This event is an opportunity to bring everyone together, from developers and city officials to residents and businesses owners – to better understand the future where we live.”

The Building North Augusta panel discussion will include representatives from each of the featured developments, followed by a Q&A session with attendees.
