It may only be October, but HoneyBaked is gearing up for the holiday season. The company is preparing for its annual rush on its signature Honey Baked Hams, Turkey Breasts and full assortment of premium products by providing part-time jobs for thousands of people nationwide. Across the country, more than 10,000 are proud to call the HoneyBaked stores and Cafes "home" for the holidays. Many of these seasonal associates return year after year to help HoneyBaked make memorable meals for millions of Americans.
"Company-wide, HoneyBaked anticipates more than 2.5 million customers during the holiday season, from Thanksgiving through the start of the new year," said COO Maggie DeCan*. "To continue our tradition of providing the centerpiece for American holiday tables and exceeding customer standards during our busiest season, we are searching for a holiday team that respects, understands and delivers the HoneyBaked core values every day."
HoneyBaked products have become an American tradition at family gatherings, catered events and holiday parties, and as celebrated holiday gifts. HoneyBaked is so popular during November and December that the company increases its workforce by 200-percent each fall. At more than 400 stores nationwide, the additional associates hired for the holiday season support a major operation to prepare and sell HoneyBaked's wide assortment of delicious products, as well as to ramp up frontline customer service and support.
