Procter & Gamble Expanding in Metro Atlanta

Metro Atlanta is once again flexing its muscle as the South’s top distribution and warehouse hub.
Procter & Gamble will occupy a more than 1-million-square-foot building to be developed at Interstate 85 and Flat Shoals Road in Union City, according to people with knowledge of the project. Procter & Gamble, which already occupies a smaller building in Fairburn, will relocate and expand its operations by about 600,000 square feet.
Majestic Realty Co. won the competition for the Procter & Gamble project.
Majestic has a site with at least 90 undeveloped acres in Union City where it will build the project for Procter & Gamble. It could be completed by the fourth quarter of next year.
