With 15 years in the incorporation and LLC formation industry and a reputation for exemplary customer service, MyCorporation.com recently conducted a poll with their network of small business owners to discuss in their latest infographic "The Best Business Decision from 2013 Worth Repeating."

David Nilssen, CEO and Co-Founder of Guidant Financial, kicked off the infographic by discussing how providing greater value to clients through education had served him well throughout 2013.

"Knowledge is power and when people have the facts about the different ways they can become business owners, they are empowered to choose what's right for them," said Nilssen.

One reoccurring decision noted in the infographic that small business owners made and plan on repeating in 2014 was staying focused on the customer.

"I will further continue on the path of single voice/single consumer. Focus is the key word in 2014 for me, talking to a very specific audience about a detailed pain point that relates to our specific offering will be my key to further business success," said Fabian Geyrhalter, Principal at FINIEN.

Other small business owners polled discussed their plans to repeat automating price quoting processes, continuing to utilize video content marketing, creating new logos, and engaging mentors.

"Small business owners have a hard time growing their businesses," said Deborah Sweeney, CEO of MyCorporation.com. "When entrepreneurs find something that works, it is important to recognize it and repeat it. We're excited that these business owners have shared some of their success stories with us as we help other business owners and entrepreneurs identify what works in 2014 and beyond."
