Michael Adams has joined EDTS, a regional IT services company specializing in managed IT services, network security, and advanced infrastructure for Southeastern businesses, as Director of Business Development for the rapidly growing corporation.

A native of Greer, South Carolina, Mr. Adams has nearly 15 years of business-to-business experience encompassing sales management and customer support roles, primarily in the information technology and manufacturing arenas, and serving customers spanning a broad cross-section of industries.  Most recently, he served as sales leader for a regional information technology organization overseeing business development in the Carolinas. 

In his new capacity with EDTS, Mr. Adams will direct all outside sales and client development activities for EDTS across the organization's growing Southeastern footprint, while contributing to the EDTS management team in customer service, marketing and strategic planning capacities. He will be based in EDTS’s Greenville, SC office at the NEXT Innovation Center.

A graduate of Limestone University with a B.S. in Management, he and his wife have two children and reside in Spartanburg.  He is active with several Upstate chambers of commerce, serves as a United Wayvolunteer, and is a group leader at Grace Church.
