Augusta City Administrator Candidates Face Commissioners

Janice Allen Jackson wanted to come back home. She is currently running a consulting business in Charlotte, but wants the job as Augusta's City Administrator.
“It's my hometown, it would be a pleasure to serve my home community. I have a vested interest in what happens here. Yes, it would be an opportunity of a lifetime," said Jackson, who worked as City Manager in Albany, Georgia and in the County Manager’s Office in Mecklenburg County in North Carolina.
Augusta Commissioners will be the ones to decide if Jackson gets the opportunity.
