This seminar is designed to help small businesses navigate the complex waters of employment law and human resource topics with a seminar that is targeted to focus on their needs.

• A summary of the various employment law issues from the discrimination and harassment claims to wage and hour issues and many topics that are in between.
• A discussion of what laws apply to what employers – you would be surprised what laws apply to small businesses!
• Tips about compliance and best practices for small employers ranging from discussions about discipline to payroll records.
• Some common pitfalls and recognizing when it is necessary to connect with a trusted HR/Legal Resource
• Providing an opportunity for local chamber members to network with each other and for the local chamber to connect with the Georgia Chamber as well.
