Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta Highlights BBQ Barn

Press release from the issuing company

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014

Each week during construction of the Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta house a cadre of volunteers arrive early, giving up their Saturday morning, to provide labor to “get the job done”. Putting in hours of hard work, results in very a hungry work crew. The often unsung community good Samaritans come to the rescue to fill the hunger void among the crew. These people are our own North Augusta local restaurant owners.

Over the years these caring members of our community have never failed to provide outstanding lunches for the work teams who always are very appreciative for the contribution. Without a community effort the work done by Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta could not be accomplished.

This month we would like to SALUTE The BBQ Barn located on Atomic Road in North Augusta. BBQ Barn is owned and operated by Jody and Susan Glover in partnership with their long time family friend Glenn Gentry. Since opening in 2006 they donated great tasting meals to HFHNA work crews by donating great tasting meals to HFHNA work teams.
