Philips Staffing Promotes Two to Managers

Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, has promoted Tracy Howard to Branch Manager of the firm’s Seneca, SC office and Helen Schenck to Interim Branch Manager of its Gaffney office.
Ms. Howard is a native of Taylors, South Carolina, and joined Phillips Staffing in 2011. She has more than two decades of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales and management for industrial and telecommunications organizations. She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina – Upstate.
Gaffney native Helen Schenck joined Phillips in 2010 and has 15 years of professional experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting and management. A current resident of Lawndale, North Carolina, she attended Limestone College and has particularly deep experience in industrial, healthcare, distribution and manufacturing circles. She is an active member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, and holds multiple certifications from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. She is married with two children.
In their new roles, both Ms. Howard and Ms. Schenck will work with new and existing clients across their regions to provide staffing and human capital solutions that lead to increased growth and success. Both will work with businesses seeking talent primarily in the areas of light industrial, logistics and distribution, accounting, finance, office management and construction, while directing all operations of their respective branch offices.
