Georgia Joins Multi-State Suit Challenging Obama on Immigration

Georgia and 16 other states filed a lawsuit Wednesday challenging President Barack Obama's recent executive order on immigration as an unconstitutional assumption of congressional authority, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The federal lawsuit was announced by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, who is that state's governor-elect.
