Ms. Peppers joins Phillips with twelve years of experience in the areas of human resources, employee training, on-site supervision, event management, and administrative support. Prior to moving into her new role, she served as an on-site supervisor for Phillips at a major customer facility in Easley. She previously worked for nearly a decade years with Clemson University in a variety of positions, most recently in administrative support. During her tenure with Clemson, Ms. Peppers was named an Employee of the Year.

A native of Pendleton, South Carolina, Ms. Peppers attended Tri-County Technical College where she earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Science. With Phillips Staffing, Ms. Peppers will support human resource initiatives on behalf of all 10 offices in the Phillips network.
