Atlanta's "King" and "Queen" Towers Hit the Market, Could Fetch Close to $500M

Sandy Springs' landmark "King and Queen" office towers have hit the market, potentially fetching up to $500 million.
Regent Partners LLC and its investment partners, including GEM Realty Capital Inc., recently listed the more than 2 million-square-foot Concourse Corporate Center for sale. The King and Queen buildings anchor Concourse Corporate Center, one of the most recognized mixed-use projects in metro Atlanta because the towers resemble two giant chess pieces.
