Mike Van Hise, Director of Ticket Sales for the Augusta GreenJackets and Ambassador for the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, has been appointed to serve as Ambassador Chair for the 2015 term.

Rod Barrie of Comfort Keepers and Ken Kehr of WYNID Management Resources, LLC finished their terms as Ambassador Co-Chairs in December 2014.

As 2015 Ambassador Chair, Mike will be charged with the following duties:

· Serve a one-year term from January – December.

· Preside over all Ambassadors Committee meetings.

· Promote the value of the North Augusta Chamber in the Community.

· Attend North Augusta Chamber member ribbon cuttings, ground breakings and grand openings.

· Facilitate ribbon cuttings, ground breakings and grand openings in the absence of the Chamber President and Board Chair.

· Work with the North Augusta Chamber staff regarding the direction of the committee.

· Identify ways the North Augusta Chamber can improve services and offerings for a more valuable member experience.
