Jennifer Speth, HR Assistant, has earned the coveted Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications demonstrating her mastery of technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and regulations.

The professional credential is essential for professionals who focus on HR program implementation, and recognizes Ms. Speth as an expert in the HR field, documenting a high level of knowledge and skills.  The certification is valid for three years.

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Ms. Speth joined CSRA EOA in 1999 as the HR Receptionist. She has two decades of experience in staff development and training, workforce development, and talent recruitment and management. Ms.Speth is certified by CODIS and serves on the Society for Resource Management (SHRM) local Council.

As the CSRA EOA HR Assistant, Ms.Speth works with both new and existing employees. She focuses her time working with employees concerning their benefits, drug screening and background checks.
