New Farm-to-Table Restaurant Open in North Augusta

Chef Jeremy Collins is bringing the fruits of labor from local farmers to the lunch table at his new restaurant in North Augusta.
In late January, Collins opened De Novo at 401 W. Martintown Road as a locally sourced, farm-to-table restaurant that replaces The Donut Hole in North Hills shopping center.
“I don’t order anything frozen,” Collins said. “Everything is fresh, and it’s just better for you. I think when people catch that they’ll really appreciate this restaurant.”
