Small Business Webinar: OSHA's New Record Keeping Requirements

Press release from the issuing company

Friday, February 6th, 2015

On January 1, 2015, a OSHA rule on occupational injury and illness recordkeeping dramatically increased employers' reporting requirements.  In a surprise move, OSHA also announced that the information obtained from these new reporting requirements would be made public on OSHA's web site. Many employers think their OSHA recordkeeping logs and procedures are fully compliant, only to learn after an OSHA inspection and, in some
cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars in penalties, that they were not. Presented by Ed Foulke and Tex McIver from Fisher & Phillips LLP.

Who Should Attend:  HR and safety professionals, plant managers, operations personnel, companies with temporary employees, company attorneys.
