The Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to welcome the American Postal Workers Union for their Tri-State Conference, April 1 – 4, 2015.  The conference will be hosted by the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center offering regional training and the negotiation of the APWU National contract with National Officers. 

150 attendees are expected to attend representing three states – Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.  The conference will generate more than $252,700 in Direct Visitor Spending for the city of Augusta.

The APWU Tri-State Conference will feature a National Business Agent teaching classes on the National Contract that was negotiated between the Union and Management.  The National president will be in attendance to speak to the delegates and update members.
