Changes Proposed to North Augusta Plaza, Kmart Could Be Gone

A North Augusta shopping center could have a different look if the city’s Planning Commission approves a developer’s plans.
The developer of the Martintown Plaza, anchored by Publix and also home to Kmart, has submitted the plans for redesign to the commission, which will review them on Thursday.
