Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta Partners with Tommy Stevenson

Press release from the issuing company

Monday, March 16th, 2015

We try periodically to spotlight one of our sponsors or donors and this month we would like to highlight one of Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta’s newest sponsors,  Tommy Stevenson and  Better Homes and Gardens RealEstate/Executive Partners. Owning a home is still the American Dream. Supporting Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta and the many families they serve is a natural fit for Tommy and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Executive Partners.

Tommy Stephenson has been classified as a next generation broker who is meeting the changes in the real estate industry by using technology and new ways of thinking to their full advantage.

During a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate interview, Tommy shared his business approach, “We don't wear suits. We don't sit behind big desks in big offices. We're out there. We network. We form relationships. We are constantly learning and aren't afraid to change our business model to rise above the competition our market demands. Social media and technology help make that possible. However, we also believe in the best practices that have made this industry great since it first started — net‐working, service and attention to detail.

Tommy not only has a passion of growing his business but also a love of being a father to his four children. He loves spending his extra time teaching his children how to live a simple life by teaching them how to hunt, fish and raise chickens.

In 2012, he purchased the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise, and soon after, the franchise earned the Cartus relocation business and shortly after that, Cartus awarded Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate / Executive Partners with the prestigious Platinum Award — the first ever in the Augusta area.

As for those who are employed at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Executive Partners, there is one opinion of Tommy that is shared: Tommy Stephenson is the most humble and down-to-earth person you will ever meet.

Tommy believes in giving back to the communities we serve, and he pitches in no matter what the challenge is to help others. Tommy's philosophy is reflected in his agents and staff who are involved in the communities where they live, work and play.

This philosophy helps to explain how he has led Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners to achieve its size with over 100 agents who are licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and love serving our clients.

In addition to being a sponsor, one of their realtors, Kathie Malarkey, serves on the HFHNA board as the Family Selection Chairperson. Habitat for Humanity of North Augusta is grateful and proud to have Tommy and Better Homes Real Estate / Executive Partner as one of our sponsors.
