Sitel to Begin Layoffs of Almost 700 Employees

An Augusta business, Sitel, on Windsor Spring Road recently announced plans to let go of almost 700 people this March.
Call center employees will be laid off starting March 9th through March 31st.
Several employees tell WJBF News Channel 6 it's from losing their account with Verizon Wireless but may have some other opportunities on the table.
