Surging demand for top talent and human capital solutions by manufacturing and logistics organizations across the Southeast has led Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, to add Lori Morgan as an Account Executive on its rapidly growing team.

Mrs. Morgan joins Phillips with 15 years of experience working in Supply Chain and Operations Management, much of it with global manufacturers serving the automotive industry. During her tenure with such organizations as ZF Transmissions, Magna Drive and Faurecia Interiors, Mrs. Morgan was credited with helping those organizations launch major new initiatives and products, open new manufacturing and logistics facilities, implement ERP systems, direct training programs, and implement internal/external processes and systems including vendor-supplier management programs.  Most recently, she served as Production Control & Logistics Manager for Faurecia Emission Control Technologies.

A native of Seneca, South Carolina, Mrs. Morgan attended Clemson University and resides with her family in Simpsonville. With Phillips Staffing, Mrs. Morgan will provide sales and client development support for Phillips customers across the organization's growing Southeastern footprint.
