Wednesday, June 24th, 2015
Equifax, a global information solutions provider, today announced that its residential property and consumer credit data will now be made available to credit unions via a data integration with Visible Equity, a leading provider of web-based business intelligence and analytics tools for financial institutions.
This integration will provide financial institutions with access to Equifax residential property data, including collateral valuations and public record liens, as well as consumer credit data—historically only available in raw data format—via Visible Equity's leading web-based software. This expanded access to data coupled with enhanced analytics capabilities will help enable lenders to address the inefficiencies associated with manual data aggregation and analysis processes, as well as make more strategic lending choices.
"At Equifax, we are committed to leveraging our differentiated data to help improve the business performance of our customers," said James Frasche, Vice President of Property Data & Analytics at Equifax. "Expanding access to our property and credit data assets via Visible Equity's platform will help financial institutions enhance their portfolio risk management and reporting capabilities."
Lenders, analysts and financial officers use the Visible Equity analysis software to identify, measure and help monitor loan portfolio risk and opportunities.
"As the leading provider of business intelligence and analytics software in the financial industry we are always looking for ways to help further our clients ability to make data driven decisions. With Equifax as a partner, making better lending decisions will be that much easier for our clients," said Dave Gilbert, Chief Marketing Officer at Visible Equity.
