At the tag office in south Augusta, there were a lot of customers but not a whole lot of customer service.
“We’ve been here three hours and still haven’t got anything done,” said Jim Tirko. “You’ve been here three hours?” we asked. “We’ve been sitting, but we made new friends,” he said.
